Got charged a late fee even before receiving the actual bill. Called U-Haul to complain and was told it was a mistake and they would take it off. So went and made the payment. A month later received a collections letter demanding the late fee payment? Have sought legal counsel to fix this problem which I didn't even cause. Stay away from this company and this location. Total rip-offs and scam artists.
